I want to compliment the on-line chat person, Alain. She was marvelous.
I was having problems with a download. On the 1st. of April one of your other technicians tried to help me. The installation failed. I did not know it hadn’t worked properly until he had signed off. I’ve been very frustrated since then but decided to give it another try today.
Alain not only took the time to diagnose the problem, she recommended a way to accomplish what I needed to do using a different program. I had been unable to e-mail my customers their invoices and she made sure that was working correctly. She was patient and very helpful. She also solved a problem I was having with Internet Explorer and I thought that was grand.
Please put a note of excellent performance in Alain’s job folder.

I would like to inform who ever is in charge of the on-line chat, that I had two wonderful experiences yesterday, 4/22/2010.
The first tech was Paulo. I did not think to write the ticket number down and unfortunately we lost contact. However, prior to that point he was great and when he discovered that he could not help me he was sending me to another tech, which I believe was in the autoassistance department. That is when we were disconnected.
I called back and I had a new tech named Shileena #719279. She was able to look up my previous info from my assistance with Paulo. She then connected me to the autoreply tech. His name was Ysrael.
I can not say enough about his knowlege and all of the help he gave me. He was working remotely and fixed my problem. It took a while and he called me back twice to check on things, so I would not have to sit in front of the computer all that time. He was just the best!
I wanted to send him something, however, I know that is not allowed. I hope that he and Paulo get to read this so they get credit for the wonderful service they gave to me.
What a wonderful staff you have. I have never, as the customer, been treated to well and could feel that your tech’s really cared. Keep up the good work.

I was having a really Bad time downloading any kind of software, It was a mess! So I was searching online on the website where I can get any software that I can with Technical Support to make it easier. So I came across into Helpmedownload.com and Subscribed. At first It was a little confusing but boy they got this Amazing Technical associates that was able to help me out! they walked me through downloading and stuff! So now i am enjoying music and the technical help from them

Laurence was very respectful, he kept in close contact with me through the download, and resolved a overcharge on the soft ware I wanted and saved me $45.69 I had no idea I was being charged. Dan was the greatest, he not only helped me with my existing problem, he also assisted me with downloading an anti virus so i would be protected. I would like to comment that one of the most important for me features of your program is that customer is connected to a technician without delay. The technicians do a good job listening and addressing customer’s concerns. Remote access technology certainly makes it easier for both parties, as customers can direct technician to the screen rather them than having to explain the problem in their own words, which at times, I am sure, can be confusing.

I want to compliment the on-line chat person, Alain. She was marvelous.
I was having problems with a download. On the 1st. of April one of your other technicians tried to help me. The installation failed. I did not know it hadn’t worked properly until he had signed off. I’ve been very frustrated since then but decided to give it another try today.
Alain not only took the time to diagnose the problem, she recommended a way to accomplish what I needed to do using a different program. I had been unable to e-mail my customers their invoices and she made sure that was working correctly. She was patient and very helpful. She also solved a problem I was having with Internet Explorer and I thought that was grand.
Please put a note of excellent performance in Alain’s job folder.

I would like to inform who ever is in charge of the on-line chat, that I had two wonderful experiences yesterday, 4/22/2010.
The first tech was Paulo. I did not think to write the ticket number down and unfortunately we lost contact. However, prior to that point he was great and when he discovered that he could not help me he was sending me to another tech, which I believe was in the autoassistance department. That is when we were disconnected.
I called back and I had a new tech named Shileena #719279. She was able to look up my previous info from my assistance with Paulo. She then connected me to the autoreply tech. His name was Ysrael.
I can not say enough about his knowlege and all of the help he gave me. He was working remotely and fixed my problem. It took a while and he called me back twice to check on things, so I would not have to sit in front of the computer all that time. He was just the best!
I wanted to send him something, however, I know that is not allowed. I hope that he and Paulo get to read this so they get credit for the wonderful service they gave to me.
What a wonderful staff you have. I have never, as the customer, been treated to well and could feel that your tech’s really cared. Keep up the good work.

The young man (Ysrael) that helped me was wonderful. The problem was Security Master AV and really seemed to be hard to find and get rid of. But he just kept on until he got it.
